Divine Links ("we", "us") provides creator link pages, verification, analytics, and distribution attribution. This draft describes how information is handled based on current system behavior.
Information you provide
- Admin account credentials (hashed passwords, session identifiers)
- Creator profile, content blocks, destinations, theme settings, and uploaded media
- Distribution link labels, platforms, and campaign metadata
Visitor and analytics data
- Page views, clicks, verified redirects, and social clicks
- Session identifiers stored in cookies/local storage for attribution
- Referrer, UTM parameters, user agent, device/browser/OS hints
- Approximate geo derived from request metadata when available
- Externally confirmed conversions and revenue only when a trustworthy provider sends a postback — never inferred from Turnstile verification alone
Verification and security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and related verification flows to reduce automated abuse before redirecting visitors to third-party destinations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, R2 media storage, Turnstile) as infrastructure processors. Future billing or AI providers would be disclosed before activation.
Retention
Data is retained to operate analytics, attribution, and admin functionality. Analytics retention may be limited by plan entitlements in future billing phases.
Security
We apply access controls, hashed credentials, and HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights and deletion
Contact us to request export or deletion where applicable. Self-service destructive deletion is not enabled in Phase 6; workflows are documented internally.
International users
Visitors and customers may access the service globally. Additional regional requirements require legal review.
